Reservations

You can make a Reservation at the bottom of this page or in person at the campground. Please review the Reservation Policy.

For campsite information and sizes etc. please click on the Reservation button. You will be taken to a page with a calendar. Select the date you would like to arrive. All sites available on that date can then be seen. If you need help please reach out and I will be more than happy to help.


Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made no more than 60 days in advance of your ARRIVAL DATE and you can book up to 14 days

Our site has dedicated RESERVED sites and dedicated FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED sites

The reservation holder must be onsite at check-in and is responsible for all campers/visitors in that site. 

The Reservation holder must check-in with the intention and purpose of camping . 

Reserved sites must be occupied by the reservation holder (the name on the reservation) starting on the arrival date. If you are not occupying your reserved site it will be forfeited at 10:00pm of your arrival date.  You cannot have someone else in your party claim your site. THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST PHYSICALLY BE IN THE CAMPGROUND WITH THE INTENTION OF CAMPING.

CAMPING FEES PER NIGHT

Single site is $20, this includes 1 vehicle. Extra vehicle $10 each night
Maximum of 6 people (including adults, children and day guests )


Double site is $40, this includes 2 vehicles. Extra vehicles are $10 each/night
Maximum of 12 people (including adults, children and day guests)

Discounted rates for seniors or disability do not apply on reservations

Reservation sites require a minimum of 2 nights

Three Night Minimum Long Weekends – 3 Night Minimum charge applies on all long weekends for reservation sites only.


A Reservation Fee is required for each reservation of either a single or a double campsite on top of regular camping fees. The fee is non refundable and non transferable. The reservation fee is: $18.00  


Reservations are payable via credit card, debit/interact or e-transfer and must be paid in full at time of booking. Reservations may be made either online or in person at the Campground. Please contact me if you would prefer to pay over the phone.

If reservation is made in person at the campground, cash can be accepted for payment

Once it is confirmed that the requested time frame is available for you, you will be sent an invoice via email with your reservation request and a “Pay Now” button.  
Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Reservations found being offered for resale/resold or "transferring" will be rendered void and cancelled with no refund.

You cannot just setup a tent or park a trailer and then come back at a later time or date. Sites must be occupied by an adult (Reservation Holder) the entire duration of the reservation.

When making a reservation the 60 days prior to arrival applies only to your check-in date, not your check out date. Campers can enjoy their stay for a maximum of 14 days. For example, a camper could make a reservation on June 1 with an arrival date for July 25, and then camp for 14 days.

No changes can be made to a reservation once booked, please review your dates, license plate numbers and additional information. If you wish to change your reservation you must cancel and re-book.


Each site reserved must fill out the required information during the booking process. This includes a valid license plate number for the vehicle(s) that will occupy the site. If you reserve multiple sites under one name for the same time period your additional campsite(s) will automatically be cancelled. It is not physically possible for one person to occupy multiple sites at the same time, RSTBC requires that each campsite or booking has a valid permit holder and it cannot be the same person for a bunch of sites.  
This same rule applies to couples . Booking a campsite in your name and then letting someone else occupy your campsite without you is not permitted . Anyone caught doing this will have their reservation canceled and no refund will be provided.
Your vehicle can be turned away onsite if the license plate number doesn't match the reservation information, or if you failed to fill in all the information.

You must be 19 years of age to reserve a campsite. Minors must be accompanied by an adult while camping.  
The reservation holder must be onsite at check-in and is responsible for all campers/visitors in that site. The Reservation holder must check-in with the intention and purpose of camping and be present the entire reservation



Cancellations and Refunds

REFUNDS – Camping fees are refundable when the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to your arrival date using the cancellation link provided above and below. Reservation fees are non-refundable. Once a camping permit is issued, it is non-transferable and dates cannot be changed. Please make sure you double check your dates Before making the reservation.

Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of cancelation.  

No exceptions will be made to our refund policy. Refunds will not be given inside the 15 days prior to your arrival date.  

This includes, but not limited to, evictions, bad weather, smoke, medical reasons, car trouble, changing plans, change of budget, personal reasons or vacating your campsite early.

CANCELLATIONS – 15 days or more prior to your arrival date is required to receive a refund for your camping fees. Reservation fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your reservations by clicking the Cancel my Reservation link below. You will need your confirmation code, last name and email address. Requests to cancel via telephone are not permitted, you must use the cancellation link provided below.

You may also cancel your reservation in person at the campground.



DISCOUNT – No discounts will be provided on reservations for seniors or disability. 

NO SHOW POLICY – All reservations are held until 10:00 pm of the day you are scheduled to check-in. If you do not arrive by 10:00 pm, the site will be given away to waiting guests, and no refund will be provided. The campsite will no longer be available to you.

LONG WEEKEND MINIMUM – 3 Night Minimum charge applies on all long weekends, even if you reserve only two nights. The system will automatically charge you the minimum rates.

EXTRA VEHICLE POLICY – Your reservation includes one vehicle. Each additional vehicle is required to pay $10 per night. If you did not prepay for an additional vehicle at the time of your site reservation it will be expected to be paid upon arrival, cash only, payable to the campsite Host. Double sites include 2 vehicles.
